Multi pass welding of the plate using D-flux subroutine in the Abaqus

In this example we intend to simulate two pass welding of the plate using D-flux subroutine in the Abaqus software

In this question, initially the first welding pass is implemented and after that the plate undergoes cooling process, then the second pass of welding is done, and finally the cooling process is implemented

We use Goldak’s double- ellipsoid Model in order to define the Heat Flux and here D-flux subroutine is utilized for defining Goldak’s double ellipsoid Model
