Two pass welding of the pipe using D-flux subroutine in the Abaqus
In this example we intend to simulate two pass welding of the pipe using D-flux subroutine in the Abaqus software
In this question, initially the first welding pass is implemented and after that the pipe undergoes cooling process , then the second welding pass is done and finally the cooling process is implemented
We use Goldak’s double- ellipsoid Model in order to define the Heat Flux and here Dflux subroutine is utilized for defining the Goldak’s double- ellipsoid Model
