As you know, Gravity and body force are utilized for applying the weight of soil

Body force is specific weight that is displayed by Gamma, and the unit of body force is N/m3

If the soil is dry, we can use Gravity or body force, but if the soil is saturated, we can only use body force

There is an important point about body force and that is if the soil is saturated, we should enter the effective specific weight of soil
