In this example we intend to simulate the Tube Hydroforming process in the Abaqus software. The tube is made of copper and it’s thickness is 1.03 mm

This model is composed of Tube , Die and Rigid part

In Tube Hydroforming process, first the tube is placed inside the die, and following that the fluid is injected into the tube, then the rigid parts which are at both ends of the tube start moving inside, causing the tube to be absolutely deformed
